When you first think about a tax prep company, the word “cool” may not come to mind. This was the problem that H&R Block came to us with. They had
a vibrant company culture, but no idea how to substantiate it. They sought to give their 70,000 employees a sense of pride and belonging.

Create

Our first project was to enliven a company-wide town hall. We turned what could have been just another mandatory meeting into a spectacle. Through production and extensive animation, we developed a specific style that was both on brand yet completely unique to the company’s inner workings. Once we were done, they asked us to do it again, only better.

Repeat

Over the years, we have not only continued to contribute to H&R Block's company presentations, but we have helped create the vehicle through which they can deliver their culture as a whole. Providing hours of both internal and external video content, we have helped them to cultivate and enhance various aspects of their culture.
